Instructions

1. Upload the final manuscript/camera ready version of your Accepted Paper(s) on or before January 20th, 2010, and register your Accepted Paper(s) using the registration site below:
   http://www.regonline.com/iccsa_2010
2. Proceed paying the required registration and other applicable conference fees using the Payment Systems (Credit Card/Bank Wire Transfer (International, Domestic) described below.
3. For participants who want to pay by Bank Wire Transfer (International/Domestic), please send your payment As Soon As Possible as it take some time to process the payment. Your payment should be received by us on or before January 25th, 2010, 9:59 Japan Standard Time. Bank wire transfer and other related fees will be paid by the registrant.
4. For participants who want to pay by Credit Card, there will be an additional charge of JPY 4,000 per transaction to be added to the amount evaluated by the RegOnline system during registration (either for Author/General/Student registrants.
5. Please be reminded that the deadline of payment for Authors’ registration and other applicable conference fees is on or before January 25th, 2010, 9:59 Japanese Standard Time. Failure to pay the required amount on this date will result in the exclusion of the paper(s) from the conference proceedings.

Conference Fees

Notes (read carefully):

1) For each Accepted Paper, one author must register, pay the registration fee, and personally present the paper in the conference.

2) Author/General/Student Registration fee includes one copy of the proceedings (in which the author’s paper is included), banquet dinner, welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks, conference bag, half-day tour)

3) (One author/presenter with multiple papers) In case, when an author has more than one accepted paper, the full registration will only cover one paper. Second and subsequent papers must be registered as additional papers with a fee of JPY 30,000 per additional paper.

This registration of the first paper will entitle the author one copy of the proceedings (in which the first paper is included), banquet dinner, welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks, conference bag, half-day tour.

The payment for additional papers will entitle the author to receive a copy of the proceedings in which additional paper is included and a conference bag.

4) Students who will attend the conference can register and pay the student registration fee. Students are not allowed to register additional papers. Send a scanned copy (pdf file) of your certification as a student with name/affiliation/email address and signature of your supervisor/adviser, to the ICCSA-2010 General Co-Chair:

5) Once the registration payment is done, NO REFUND is available.

Payment systems
